Abstract Papers relating to the management of Keibul Lamjao National Park in Manipur. Includes correspondence and emails exchanged between M.K. Ranjitsinh, S.A. Hussain, P.K. Sinha (Secretary, Ministry of Power, Government of India) and Alok Rawat (Secretary, Water Resources Government of India) on the development of the Keibul Lamjao National Park with a copy of seasonal variations in the quality of a tropical palustrine wetland dominated by floating meadows and its implication on conservation of endangered Deer, maintenance of water level in Ithai Barrage, etc. Also includes memorandum from the Ministry of Power on the dangers of the rising water levels on the Keibul Lamjao National Park (KLNP), study report prepared by Chongpi Tuboi, Syed Ainul Hussain and Ruchi Badola for the Wildlife Institute of India, and minutes of the meeting on the Conservation of Manipur Brow Antlered Deer held on the 1st of August 2014. Briefing note for the consultative meeting on the development of Sangai Deer, notes on the infrastructure staff strength of KLNP, detailed prescription for recovery of Sangai with objectives and proposed activities with comments on each activity, a brochure on the National Workshop on Conservation and Sustainable Management of Sangai held in Imphal on the 16-17 April 2015, an issue of the Sangai Express, press reports, newspaper cuttings, travel itineraries and some handwritten notes are also available
